Take the 2026 Campus Hazing Prevention Survey

UNC-Chapel Hill is part of a national hazing prevention study focused on hazing prevention and building safer student groups, organizations, and teams for undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. The survey is open Monday, February 23 – the end of April.

All undergraduate, graduate, and professional students are invited to take the survey.

Please visit go.unc.edu/hazingpreventionsurvey to learn more and take the survey. The survey was also sent to students via email with the subject line, “2026 Campus Hazing Prevention Survey.”  

As a thank-you, students who complete the survey will be eligible to play Plinko at one of our tabling events and win It Takes All Heels swag including sweatshirts, hats, blankets, Bluetooth speakers, and more!
