Be That Friend Workshop!

When someone experiences sexual or gender-based violence, they are most likely to turn to a friend for help. In this workshop, participants will learn how to…

  • Provide support to survivors of violence in trauma-informed ways
  • Intervene to prevent incidents of violence, harassment, and discrimination
  • Recommend campus and community resources for people who have experienced violence

The workshop will be held on Tuesday, October 17th from 5:30 to 7:00 in the Student Union, Rm 3407. We can’t wait to see you there!
