October is Relationship Violence Awareness Month (RVAM)

October is nationally recognized as Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM), and as Relationship Violence Awareness Month (RVAM) at UNC. The goal is to promote awareness, education, and resources to prevent interpersonal (relationship) violence and support impacted individuals in our communities.

UNC-Chapel Hill recognizes Relationship Violence Awareness Month each October to promote the role each of us have in fostering safe and healthy relationships, supporting others, and contributing to a safer Carolina.
